     Rental Rates and conditions:

The prices published on the web page will be in vigour until 31 December 2008 except when there are new administrative requirements or errors. The price to be paid will be calculated per day and per bedroom, continental breakfast is included.

All the bedrooms are prepared for 2 people. In case of adding extra beds, the price will be adjusted accordingly.
Under no circumstances will it be possible to admit a greater number of people than the number of beds for which the villa is prepared. The administration reserves the right to admission and to ejection if necessary.

        Our prices include:

• accommodation depending on what has been contracted

• continental breakfast

• a normal consumption of electricity, water, bedlinnen and bath towels, 

• a clean room on arrival

    Rental Rate is quoted per room and per night.  

    Refundable deposit: is 20% on the total price to be paid.

• Cancellations

          In the case of cancellations, expenses will be established in the following way:

          with notification of 1 month in advance:       25% of the reservation deposit
          with notification of 2 weeks in advance:      40% of the reservation deposit
          with notification of 1 week in advance:        50% of the reservation deposit

In case of without any notification, nor check-in on the determined period of stay, it is not possible to ask for repayment.
